The top hats are done being covered and ready for trimming. The silk looks really good, I think K will love it. Might look for a small decorative hatbox to put it in.
I have to count up how many buttons I'm going to need for the spats. I forgot buttons entirely when I was looking at supplies. I know I don't have enough of anything in my button tins to do even one spat much less a pair.
I pulled fabric out to line the jacket too, but still need the trim before I can start on it. Will try to get the lining cut out tonight while watching Lost (must fold laundry as well).
So at Joann's on Friday:
- Trim for hats. Also decorative elements (buttons, bead-y things, etc.)
- Boning for corseted bodice
- Buttons for spats
- Trim for bodice - might buy enough to trim both, and sell mauve one on etsy
- Hatbox?
- Patterns: Butterick and Simplicity are on sale, iirc, so need to find the list I'd made or make a new one. Double-check if both Joann and Hancock have the same sale. There was a Vogue I wanted too, need to look again.

Steamy vest front:

Steamy vest back (as you can see, I removed nearly the entire center back panels, and it's still too loose):
